The Indeed PAM solution - Privileged Access Manager - continues to keep up with the latest cybersecurity trends. Indeed products are being updated every day to provide our customers with advanced and user-friendly privileged access management. In this article, we will introduce you to the latest version of Indeed PAM, version 2.4, and its new features.
Simultaneous session licensing
The newly added Indeed PAM licensing scheme is entirely based on the total number of sessions. This type of license operates based on the number of concurrent active sessions in Indeed PAM, without restricting the number of users or registered resources.
Sorting and searching permissions in the user console
Searching for permissions is now much easier. The permission list can be organized based on the resource, connection type, connection address, and privileged account to be used to initiate the session. As soon as you start typing in the search box, the console will begin showing you matches in all columns.
Limiting the number of sessions per user
With this feature, you can prevent overuse of Indeed PAM server resources. High server load may prevent other system users from working stably. If you want to save resources and reduce the load on the PAM server, you can now choose to set a threshold for the number of sessions that can be initiated per user.
Using multiple monitors in RDP sessions
The user's machine can be equipped with multiple monitors. In the previous version, only the primary monitor could be used to connect to target resources. With the new version, you can now enable or disable multiple monitors in RDP sessions. Similarly, you can also take advantage of additional usability options.
Create your corporate style in Indeed PAM
The ability to customize the look and feel of the Indeed PAM interface according to your corporate style is now available. In the new version, it's quite easy to change headings and replace the Indeed Identity logo.
The capability to tailor the appearance and user experience of the Indeed PAM interface to match your corporate style is now accessible. In the latest version, altering headings and substituting the Indeed Identity logo is straightforward.
